Team Lead Campaign Management
What you will do:
- Managing daily operations of the Campaign Management team and be the interface between the Sales, Business Intelligence and development teams
 - Recruit, onboard and support (new) team members with training
 - Optimize & streamline operational processes, quality of service and performance metrics of the Campaign Management team
 - Take on campaign management responsibilities for a select list of clients
 - Be the go-to-person for client escalations regarding campaign management
 - Guide team members to successfully execute pilot projects and high-value advertiser campaigns
 - Responsible for personal growth of team members, as well as alignment with business goals
 - Be an active culture carrier, leading by example in operational excellence and client acumen
 
Who we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2-3 years in managing a small high performing operations team
 - Extensive knowledge of online ad technology including third-party servers, Exchange/RTB platforms, DSP functionality and industry trends
 - Experience in working in a media agency, trading desk or Demand Side Platform
 - Degree in business administration, computer since or media management with focus on (online) marketing or similar
